Factory Warranty:

All finished products are covered by a full factory guarantee against manufacturer's defects;

For the life of your Jewelry, we will provide the following services absolutely FREE;

1. Replace or repair any defects in materials or workmanship;

2. Replace broken or defective stone;

3. Re-size, re-finish or re-polish your jewelry.

The aforementioned circumtances will be repaired with no labor charges, you are responsible on materials if applicable, and re-shipping.

In the unlikely event that this happens the factory warranty the labor only, we will repair the return items free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us.

All warranties are voided if the finished products has been work on (eg. sized, repaired, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving ) by another jeweler other than Joey Jewelry
